Eric Prego

Eric began his real estate career in 1998 and has over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. In 2005, he changed his focus to residential properties in the greater Palm Beach County area with a focus on Boca Raton. Born in NY and raised in Florida Eric considers himself a Florida native; he has deep roots in this area along with a keen understanding of the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economies. Real estate specialization areas include land development, Pro-forma analysis, plans, and sales team training. Client profiles include builders, developers, and investors as well as individuals and family’s representation and assistance for long term or complex real estate needs.

On a personal level, Eric enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. Hobbies include boating, scuba diving, fishing, snowboarding, traveling, and intense conversations.
